A VA (Virtual Assistant) account lets you give a team member or freelancer access to SoMePoster without sharing your main login. You choose exactly which pages and social accounts they can use. This tutorial walks you through creating a VA account and setting up their permissions.

Go to VA Accounts

Open SoMePoster and click VA Accounts from the left menu.

Click Add New VA

Click the Add VA button.

Enter the VA Details

Fill in the VA account information. Use an email address the VA can access.

  • Name
  • Email
  • Password

Choose which pages or areas of SoMePoster the VA should be allowed to use. For example, you can allow access to:

  • Create Posts
  • Create Video Post
  • My Calendar
  • My Posts
  • Accounts Connectivity

Choose which connected social accounts the VA can use. This controls which accounts the VA can post to. For example, you can give access to only specific:

  • Facebook Pages
  • Instagram accounts
  • LinkedIn pages
  • Pinterest accounts
  • Blogger blogs
  • WordPress sites
  • Google Business Profile locations
  • YouTube channels

Save the VA Permissions

After selecting the allowed pages and social accounts, click Create VA.

The VA can now log in to SoMePoster using the email and password you created. When the VA logs in, they will only see and use the pages and accounts you allowed.
