SoMePoster posts to Discord through a webhook — a per-channel URL that lets outside tools send messages without a bot or login. You'll need the Manage Webhooks permission on the server you're connecting.
Open Edit Channel
In Discord, open the channel you want to post to and choose Edit Channel (the gear icon next to the channel name).
Create and Copy a Webhook
Go to Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook, then click Copy Webhook URL.
Click Connect on Discord
In SoMePoster, click the Connect button on the Discord card in Accounts Connectivity.
Name It and Connect
Give it a name you'll recognize later — for example "#announcements (My Server)" — paste the Discord Webhook URL, and save.
Good to Know
You need the Manage Webhooks permission on that server. Discord names every new webhook something random like "Captain Hook," and that name appears as the author of your posts — rename it in Discord to your brand first. The name you type in SoMePoster is only your own label; Discord never sees it.
