If you published a post to the wrong account, or just want to take it down, SoMePoster lets you delete it straight from the platform it was published to. This tutorial covers finding the post and removing it per platform.
Go to My Posts
Open SoMePoster and click My Posts from the left menu. Find the post you want to delete, then click the post row or click View to open the post details page.
Delete the Post from a Platform
On the post details page, find the platform post you want to delete. Click Delete beside the platform.
SoMePoster currently supports deleting posts from:
- X / Twitter
- Threads
- Telegram
- Bluesky
- Google Business Profile
- Blogger
- WordPress.com
- WordPress self-hosted
- Webflow
- Wix
- Ghost
- DEV.to
- Hashnode
- LiveJournal
SoMePoster will try to delete the post from the original platform and then remove it from your SoMePoster post details.
Important: Delete only works for published posts. Some platforms may reject deletion if the account needs reconnecting, the permission is missing, the post was already deleted manually, or the platform API is temporarily unavailable.
