1. Welcome

This website, https://someposter.ai (including any sub-domains), is run by SEO Danmark ApS (“we”, “us”, “the Company”).

By using this site, creating an account, or clicking “I Accept,” you’re agreeing to these terms. If you’re signing up on behalf of a company or another person, you’re confirming you have the authority to do that.

2. Your Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. If you’re between 13 and 18, you need your parent or guardian’s permission — and they’re responsible for everything you do here.

We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we find out we have, we’ll delete it as quickly as possible. Questions? Email us at support@someposter.ai.

3. Your Account

To use certain features, you’ll need to create an account. When you do:

• Make sure all your information is accurate and keep it up to date.
• Don’t create accounts for other people (unless you’re specifically authorized to do so for employees or clients).
• Keep your login details secure — you’re responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• Don’t try to access your account through bots or automated tools.
• If you think someone else has accessed your account, let us know immediately at support@someposter.ai.

4. Subscriptions

When you sign up for a paid plan, here’s what you’re agreeing to:

Billing

During signup, we’ll show you the price, billing frequency, and what’s included. All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise. We’ll charge applicable taxes based on your location. You can pay by credit/debit card or any other method we offer. We’ll email you a receipt after each charge.

Auto-Renewal

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime through your account settings. After canceling, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Once that period ends, your paid access stops. You can always subscribe again later.

Refunds

Subscription fees or subscription renewals are non-refundable.

Payment Issues

If your payment fails or you dispute a charge, we may suspend or close your account until the balance is resolved. If your card gets declined, we’ll ask you to update your payment info. You have 72 hours to fix it — after that, we may cancel your account.

Your Authorization

By subscribing, you’re giving us permission to charge your payment method on the schedule shown during signup, in line with the Restore Online Shoppers Confidence Act (ROSCA).

5. Account Deletion

You can delete your account anytime — either through the site or by emailing support@someposter.ai.

Keep in mind: deleting your account may mean you lose access to some or all of the site. We’re not a data storage service — keep copies of anything important you’ve uploaded. We also reserve the right to suspend or shut down your account at any time if you break these terms.

6. Our Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — the design, content, graphics, text, videos, branding, and the SomePoster name and logo — belongs to us. You can’t use, copy, or redistribute any of it without our written permission.

7. What You Can (and Can’t) Do

We’re giving you a limited license to use the site for its intended purpose. That means you cannot:

• Copy, resell, or redistribute the site or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or take apart the software.
• Frame or mirror the site on another server.
• Create derivative works based on our content.

We can revoke your access at any time, and all licenses end immediately if these terms are terminated.

8. Changes to the Site

We may add, change, or remove features or content from the site at any time, without notice. We reserve the right to change how the site operates at our discretion.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms. It covers what data we collect, how we use it, and where it’s stored. If you’re in the U.S., you’re consenting to your data being transferred and stored there.

10. Newsletters

If you sign up for our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. It may take a short time for us to process your request. 

11. Our Products and Services

Everything we sell or offer through the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We can change, limit, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.

13. Content You Submit

If you submit any content to us — whether through the site, email, or web forms — you’re giving us a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it however we want in connection with our business. This includes the right to edit, display, distribute, and create new works from it. If you want to keep something private, don’t send it to us.

13.1 Content not allowed

You are not allowed to use our service to post adult content or illegal content. If we discover that this rule is broken, we remain the right to suspend your account without further notice, and ban you from using our platform in the future.

Our site may contain links to other websites or services. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Use them at your own risk and review their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including encryption. But no system is 100% secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute protection. You’re responsible for keeping your own internet connection secure.

16. Confidentiality

Any non-public information we share with you — like our pricing, strategies, or business methods — is confidential. Don’t share it with anyone else.

17. Things Outside Our Control

We’re not liable for problems caused by things beyond our control — natural disasters, pandemics, wars, internet outages, hacker attacks, labor disputes, government regulations, and similar events.

18. Termination

We can terminate your account and access at any time, for any reason, without notice — especially if you misuse the site.

19. Your Promises to Us

By using the site, you agree that:

• You have the right and ability to agree to these terms.
• You’re at least 13 (and if under 18, have parental consent).
• You’ll follow all applicable laws.
• You won’t upload anything illegal, obscene, violent, discriminatory, or harmful.
• You won’t harass, spam, or impersonate other users.
• You won’t try to hack, damage, or disrupt the site.
• You won’t use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the site.
• You’re responsible for your own tech costs and hardware/software compatibility.
• You won’t use a payment method you’re not authorized to use.
• You dont use our platform to post about Adult content.

20. Site Monitoring

We reserve the right to monitor how you use the site. We’re not required to review all content posted by users or third parties, and we’re not liable for it. Under the Communications Decency Act, we’re treated as an “interactive computer service” and have limited liability for third-party content.

21. Disclaimer

We’re not responsible for outages caused by third-party services. We may correct errors or update information at any time without notice. If you find something wrong, let us know at support@someposter.ai.

If implied warranties can’t be fully disclaimed in your jurisdiction, they are limited to the minimum duration required by law.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for any damages — direct, indirect, or otherwise — related to your use of the site. This includes lost profits, lost data, loss of business, and any other losses, even if we were warned they might happen.

23. Indemnification

If your actions cause us legal trouble — like breaking these terms, violating someone’s rights, or breaking the law — you agree to cover our costs, including legal fees. This obligation survives even after you stop using the site.

24. The Full Agreement

These terms (plus our Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between us. They replace any previous agreements. We may also enter into separate written agreements with specific users for custom business arrangements.

25. Changes to These Terms

We can update these terms at any time. We’ll try to give you a heads-up for major changes, but it’s your responsibility to check back. If you keep using the site after a change, you’re agreeing to the new terms.

26. Assignment

28. Disputes Between Users

If you have a problem with another user, that’s between you two. We may step in, but we’re not obligated to.

29. Governing Law

For contracts performed in the U.S.: New York law applies.

For all other contracts: Danish law applies.

30. Dispute Resolution (U.S. Users)

Here’s how disputes work:

• Try to work it out first. Email us at support@someposter.ai.
• If that doesn’t work, either side must send a written Notice of Dispute by certified mail to: SEO Danmark ApS, C. A. Olesens Gade 4, st., 9000 Aalborg, Denmark (and by email to support@someposter.ai).
• If it’s not resolved in 90 days, either side can start arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
• For claims under $10,000, you may use small claims court instead.

Arbitration takes place in New York County, NY (or electronically for claims under $10,000). The process is confidential. Each side shares the costs unless we agree otherwise.

We can go directly to court (skipping arbitration) for emergencies involving confidentiality breaches, defamation, or unauthorized use of our intellectual property.

If we change the arbitration rules, you have 30 days to reject the changes or close your account. After that, the new rules apply.

31. Dispute Resolution (Non-U.S. Users)

Any disputes not covered by the arbitration section above will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.

32. No Class Actions (U.S. Users)

You and we can only bring claims against each other individually — no class actions, group claims, or representative proceedings.

33. Claim Deadline

You must file any claim within 1 year of when it arises.

34. Export Controls

You agree not to use the site from countries under U.S., Swiss, or EU embargoes, or if you’re on any restricted persons list. You’re responsible for complying with all applicable export laws.

36. Intellectual Property Claims

If you believe something on our site infringes your intellectual property, email us at support@someposter.ai with “SEO Danmark – Notice of Infringement” in the subject line. Please include:

• Your signature (electronic or physical)
• A description of the work you believe is being infringed
• Where on our site the infringing material is located (with URLs)
• Your name, email, mailing address, and phone number
• A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate
